Clousure
The postdoctoral completion request must be made by the Application Portal, within thirty (30) days after the end of the activities.
At the end of the period of stay at the University, the postdoctoral fellow must submit to the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program the documents necessary to issue the Certificate of completion of the postdoctoral internship, as follows:
Detailed report on the activities developed, with the post-doctoral student’s intellectual production attached;
Statement from the supervisor approving the final report and informing the period of the post-doctoral internship activities;
Debt Clearance Certificate issued by the University Library;
The report and other documents listed above will be submitted for consideration by the delegated collegiate of the Graduate Program and, after approval, the internship certificate will be issued.
